You'll be sharing the house with 1 Colombian guy from the 2nd room. The house will have no more than 3 people at all times (2 bed 1 bath). Rent is 215$ a week for one person with bills included. Bond is 2 weeks of rent. No minimal stay but bonus discount when you stay more than 3 months 🌟

Own set of keys. The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table and closet. The house is made of solid brick 🧱 and is always cool during summer and warm during winter.

This is not a party house, being clean & tidy is a must. Unfortunately no facilities available in the building, but plenty of gyms around the area.
