Moving in
Welcome home
- Your lease, house rules, move-in checklist and condition report arrive by email.
- Fill the condition report in during your first days, with photos. This is what protects your bond later.
- Your bond is lodged with the RTBA, the Victorian government authority. You get the lodgement number.
- Anything not right in the room? Report it from the portal and we are on a 24-hour response.
Moving out
Leaving us already?
- Give notice in the portal. The notice period is in your agreement.
- We send the move-out procedure: what to clean, what to leave, what to take.
- We inspect and photograph, the same way we do at every weekly clean.
- Undamaged home: the bond refund is initiated to your account within 3 business days.
